St Patrick’s College community has a significant number of girls from Pacific Nations. Girls come from New Zealand, Samoa, Tonga, Cook Islands and Fiji.

In 2011, the College established the Pacific Nations Consultative Committee. Members of this committee include:

  • Mr Ta’ane Tupola (Multicultural Community Liaison Officer, Campbelltown)
  • Ms Moana Ve’e (past student)
  • Mrs Margaret Glynn (past staff member)
  • Plus several Pacific Nations parents

The College has now employed a teacher with a delegated responsibility to support and advocate for these girls and families from Pacific Nations. Mr Tim Stevens works with the girls to enable them to optimise their educational outcomes.
