St Patrick’s College works in partnership with parents in the education of their daughters. The College has deployed a Parent and Student Portal
that compliments existing lines of family – school communication.
The Portal provides a one-stop point of contact to stay up-to-date with progress,
awards, attendance tracking, timetables, wellbeing and communication with teachers. Students and Parents are provided access to the Portals
on commencement at the College.
This is a two part process. First, a Portal account is created with your email address and second, your Portal Key provides access to your daughter’s

Register for access using theportal registration link. You
must use a valid email address to create a username and password. The email you entered will be your username to access the Parent Portal after

Once registered, browse to the Portal Login Pageand use
your credentials to log into the portal (Bookmark this link to return here regularly for updates).
Step 3: Enter your unique portal key
Enter your unique portal key to that connects your portal account with your daughter’s enrolment details. Portal keys are issued to families
during Term 1.
Booking Parent / Student - Teacher Interviews
Parent / Student - Teacher Interviews are valuable for strengthening school-parent/carer partnerships that exist in your daughter’s journey through
school at St Patrick’s College. They provide opportunities to gain an understanding of your child’s academic and emotional wellbeing and to
plan for future improvement. Interviews are scheduled twice per year, typically in Term 2 and Term 4.
Interviews are booked with class teachers through the online College Parent Portal. Accessing
the Interview Booking system is straightforward and a link is visible on the top of the screen on log-in to the St Patrick’s College Parent
