The St Patrick's College Tuesday Afternoon Sport/Activities Program aims to enhance students' self esteem and confidence, improve their capacity to manage challenging movement situations and encourage participation in a wide range of physically active recreational, sporting and leisure activities.

In participating in our activities program, it is hoped that students will value lifelong health-enhancing behaviours that will contribute to active and fulfilling lifestyles.

Activities that are offered throughout the year include: aerobics, circuit, pump, spin and body combat fitness classes, indoor rock climbing, yoga, dance, ten-pin bowling, tennis, competitive aerobics, martial arts and gymnastics. It is also a compulsory part of activities that all Year 10 students participate in a self-defence course.

Highly qualified professionals instruct all of our activity groups in a safe, stable and nurturing environment.
