While we proudly celebrate these outstanding achievements, we are equally committed to building an inclusive and supportive sporting culture. At St Patrick’s, every girl is encouraged to strive for her personal best and embrace the lifelong mental and physical benefits of movement, teamwork and healthy competition.
Movement for wellbeing
The College’s weekly whole-school Sport program aims to enhance students’ self esteem and confidence and encourage participation in a wide range of physically active recreational, sporting and leisure activities. Non-competitive activities that are offered throughout the year include: aquatics, aerobics, circuit, pump, spin and body combat, yoga, dance, tennis, martial arts, roller-skating, flag football and gymnastics.
Support for elite sportswomen
The College’s Representative Sports Program allows students to access state and national representative pathways via our involvement in the Diocese of Wollongong Sports Program. Students are also offered the opportunity to represent the College in the local Macarthur Independent Schools Association competition to further refine and develop their existing sporting skills.
The College has a proud history of success in representative pathway programs including Swimming, Cross Country, Athletics, Basketball, Netball, Hockey, Touch, AFL, Cricket, Soccer, Rugby League and Tennis.
